Who Am I?
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT133951), supervised by Tanya Gill (LMFT124651). I attended Pepperdine University, graduating with my M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Through my experiences and training, I am passionate about working with young adults, couples, and South Asian individuals. I specialize in relationship issues, anxiety/stress management, life transitions, and personal growth. I believe in a collaborative approach tailored specifically to you and your needs as my client.
Further, being a South Asian therapist is very important to me. I understand the strength it takes to address and prioritize your mental health, especially when it is surrounded by deeply rooted stigma. So if you have made it this far, I would love to support you on this journey.
If you think we may be a good fit and live in California, please contact me for a free consultation. I hope we can work together and get you to a place of mental, physical, and emotional wellness.
